We are currently not hiring at this time.
We are looking for a couple of exterior salespeople (roofing, siding, painting, stucco, stone, gutters, windows, etc.) to join our well-established and still growing team.
Our company was started by two guys who had about enough of the false promises and the way people are treated in the roofing industry from the salespeople to the crews. We set out to make a change in the industry and bring back some integrity and honesty.
We are looking for sales reps with residential and commercial roofing and storm damage restoration experience (preferable). Pay will commensurate with experience, but we pay about the best in the industry. Must have vehicle and be goal oriented. We also include self-determined bonuses upon achievement of goals that we set as a team.
We will promote from within so there is a lot of opportunity for advancement as we grow.
We treat our crews like family so we can depend on the same great workmanship every time.
We will handle ALL of your supplementing and insurance company negotiations.
We will train our crews with any new product you feel will bring value to our organization.
We will make sure you have ALL of the tools you need to succeed.
We are locally owned and operated and work smarter, not harder.
We try to minimize the amount of paperwork our salespeople need to fill out.
We also regularly have *REALISTIC* contests for our sales team.
We do residential AND commercial work from $100 to $1M+ per contract.
We are members of the NRCA, NAHB, ICC, CRA, Denver HBA, are BBB Accredited with an A+ Rating, and are EPA Lead-Abatement Certified.
Here is what we need YOU to have
- A valid driver’s license.
- A dependable vehicle.
- A clean record (no Felonies).
- A ladder and tape measure.
- A cell phone.
- Honesty and Integrity.
- Good work ethic and a DRIVE to make money.
**Please do not respond if you want to run the company, do not intend to help generate your own business, want only your number listed on your business cards and signs, or just want to talk about how great you are at everything. We encourage motivation and some amount of cockiness, but not to the point of it becoming a problem. All of our successful reps will function as a team.**
We will expect you to run leads and canvass, bring in deals, run the adjuster meetings, submit the necessary information for the roof (we use Eagleview for ALL jobs, but need ventilation info, etc), and manage your job. If you want to do less, we can manage your project for you and customize your compensation. We can provide training for all of this. When YOU run your job, you will end up getting MORE jobs from referrals.
Some roofing and/or building knowledge is a plus, but we are more than willing to train the right people. (The owners or General Manager will train you personally. You don’t have to sit in some boring class or go out with someone you don’t know).
