Chris Teem, Owner & Lead Estimator
Chris grew up near Detroit, Michigan and moved to Colorado at the age of 25. He has always had a passion for business. When he was 20 he purchased an existing Landscaping Company which he ran for five years and then eventually sold to his employees as he went on to pursue a different career path. Chris worked as a traveling International Account Manager for a marketing firm that produced vendor-supported marketing programs for Home Builders and Commercial General Contractors.
Once in Colorado he worked for a work-life balance solutions company, and then eventually went into roofing sales. After working for a company who was proficient in taking advantage of their customers and subcontractors, Chris moved onto another roofing company, again as a salesperson. He quickly moved up the chain into the number two position in the company right underneath the owner as a Production Manager/Commercial Estimator. Once he realized that once again he was working for a company who didn’t agree with how to treat the customers and employees/subcontractors alike, Chris moved on to form Priority Restoration, Inc. along with his good friend and then, business partner, Chris Horning. They vowed to never cut corners, treat their subcontractors/salespeople/employees like family, and always go above and beyond for the customer, giving them all the respect they deserve. This business model has proven to be the correct one as their business has doubled each year so far and they are still on a tremendous upward growth trend.
Chris has since become the sole owner of the company, keeping true to the company’s roots and taking pride in how he delivers his services. He has his Bachelors of Science in Organizational Leadership and is 50% complete with his Master’s in the same. He is OSHA 30 Certified, holds an N14 National Roofing Contractor License from the International Code Council and supervisory certificates for many other municipalities. He lives in Castle Rock with his wife and three children, is an appointed member of the Board of Building Appeals for the Town of Castle Rock, and is very active in supporting the 2-Hearts Charity.
